We're BACK!! 2008 = the year of ALT!

I know that all of you have been missing Mom, I'm ALT! and I deeply apologize. I needed some time to sit back and re-evaluate this ALT business. I found myself going in circles, trying to figure out the true meaning of ALT.

I mean if everyone is raving about the Vampire Weekend record, is it still ALT?

Or have we gone full circle and to be truly ALT you should rocking something more MAIN, cause all of your ALT friends aren't? I intend on tackling this tough question through the course of the year.

Also since Mom, I'm ALT is one year older, we also intend on having more mature discussions here. I can't say that the writing will be any better, but now that we all know what it is to be ALT, now we need to do a little more analysis on today's society, to help you, the readers, know exactly what it means to be ALT.

Let me leave you with one last thought.....THIS IS THE YEAR OF ALT!
